• We will announce any delay in firing here on this page.
• Your piece will typically be fired and ready for pick up after 4 weeks of your session, look up for your email  ticket or your paper token to check your session’s date. In rare cases when firing is delayed due to thick pieces or kiln maintenance we will announce it here.
  • Firing is processing on schedule at the moment.  : delay to 6 weeks during Christmas time.
  • All pieces made before May the 30th are not available anymore.

Mindful Clay Programs, 8 Weeks Program pick up:

• All Mindful Clay, Muddy Hands, Term 4 Are READY.

Opening times for Burnside studio.

• During all of our Sessions
• Fridays 6 Pm to 8:30 Pm Arrive 30 minutes before or after the session + Bring your paper recite token or picture of your ticket :)
• During Urth Term Dates:
• Friday 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Not Available.
• Monday 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM . Not available.
• Tuesday 10:30AM to 1:30 PM. Not available.

How to pick up my pottery piece and track the pickup and opening times?

• Pieces are usually ready within 1-4  weeks from the session date depending on the weather and thickness of the pieces, to avoid any disappointment please track your pieces one week after your pottery workshop
• We usually send a last chance to pick up your pieces email, keep an eye on it also check your junk email.
• unfortunately we are unable to reply to pick ups emails and phone calls.
