Some people prefer to plan their ideas before beginning, while others enjoy stepping straight into the process and allowing imagination to guide their hands. There is no right or wrong approach — creativity is about exploring, experimenting, learning through mistakes, and, most importantly, enjoying the moment as it unfolds.
In this one-off mindful pottery session, we introduce you to the foundations of hand-building techniques, including slab rolling and other simple yet expressive clay methods. The focus is on slowing down, connecting with the material, and experiencing the therapeutic nature of working with clay in a calm and supportive studio environment.
This session is designed to encourage presence, relaxation, and self-expression through making.
