Urth provides carefully selected ceramic materials chosen for their workability, durability and beautiful fired results. Students learn how different clay bodies, glazing approaches and firing techniques influence the final outcome, helping them build a deeper understanding of ceramic craftsmanship.
You might join the program at anypoint, our expert tutor will help you start on your own speed to enjoy the process.
By combining quality materials with expert guidance, students gain the confidence to create pieces that are both functional and meaningful.
This program is designed for beginners and returnees who like to inspire and be inspired by others . For beginners we will learn the main steps of working on the wheel to make bowls and small vases, returnees we will learn new shapes, and techniques using new tools according to your level, we will glaze our pieces to make them food-safe, and waterproof with different colours and techniques.
Our Mindful programs are designed for all levels, we share our knowledge and learn from each other without any judgment or competition, all our sessions are known for a relaxed, social yet inspirational environment.
We prepare our term programs to make sure you work with new techniques and new types of clay each term.
Each Participant work on his/her own peed.
All materials are included, only Australian-food safe certified materials.
We are proudly the only environmentally friendly studio that uses an ancient technique to process the pieces to food safe and waterproof, saving our planet one piece at a time.

Each term we use new techniques and clay so we can always grow together even if you enroll in the same program for up to 2 years.
