Wheel Throwing – One Off Class (Goodwood)
This unique pottery session is dedicated entirely to wheel throwing. Over 2.5 relaxing and hands-on hours, you’ll learn how to prepare your clay, centre it on the pottery wheel, and create your own ceramic piece from start to finish. Each participant works on their own pottery wheel, allowing plenty of time to explore the process at their own pace.
We guide you step-by-step through the art of wheel throwing, shaping, and decorating your pottery piece using a variety of clay types throughout the session. Whether you are a beginner or have previous pottery experience, this workshop is designed to be both inspiring and easy to follow.
At the end of the session, we professionally process and fire your favourite creation. Your finished ceramic piece will be food-safe, fully fired, and ready for collection approximately three weeks later.
Hot tea is included too — although you may be having too much fun getting creative to stop for it!
Suitable for beginners and intermediate participants.
